The Barcelona night sailing tours are a summer activity. I do the night sailing boat trips in July, August till mid September, when it is nice, dry and warm. In July the air at sea can still be moist and this will cool you down a bit.

The Barcelona night sailing tour has two components that make it a very special trip.
1.) You see the skyline of Barcelona at night from the water side which is impressive.
2.) We sail out about 2 kilometers from the Barcelona coast line and all of sudden you see the stars and discover constellations. The stars are invisible in the city because of the amount of light in the city. At sea, out of reach of the city light, the stars appear. In August there is the special night of the falling stars which is a spectacular view. The Barcelona night sailing tours are a mix between romance and excitement, looking at the stars and maybe make a wish when you discover a falling star.
During the Barcelona Night Sailing we take it easy, the group is a little smaller and the atmosphere more intimate.
In the old days captains navigated by the stars. It is difficult the basics of navigating by the stars is well explained in this wiki document.
