This event is a Spanish gastronomy experience explaining the aromas that should be recognized in a high quality maridaje olive oil. Each dinner has its olive oil goes the Spanish saying, and the experienced nose agrees.
After sailing we will enjoy a very special maridaje olive oil tasting. With a renowned professional olive grower in a clandestine space, where we live gastronomy in a different way.
We will taste and smell different high quality olive oils. From the grand cru, with a smooth, dense and elegant taste infused with genuine natural black truffle from the Highlands of Soria, to the extra virgin olive oil smoked with Oak and Beech Wood. Its exceptional aroma and flavor makes it an ideal condiment for meat, fish, pasta, spicy sauces, cured cheeses and vegetables.
In a unique space in which it only opens its doors for private events. A place for unique events aimed at a demanding public that wants to have an exclusive and quiet space.
The price per person includes an oil tasting and a pairing with a menu specially designed by Xavier Lahuerta, consisting of a 4-course tasting and a dessert.
In addition, customers of Barcelona Sail will be given a 500 ml bottle of oil. per person.

Disfrutaremos de una cata de aceite muy especial, de la mano de un reputado olivocultor profesional y con un maridaje diseñado por el chef Xavier Lahuerta. Para ello nos trasladaremos a un espacio clandestino, donde se vive la gastronomía de forma diferente y que está ubicado en la zona del Paralelo barcelonés.
Un espacio singular en que sólo abre sus puertas para eventos privados. Un lugar para eventos únicos orientado a un público exigente que quiere disponer de un espacio exclusivo y tranquilo.
Con el aceite como hilo conductor, disfrutaremos de 2 horas de actividad con un olivocultor profesional que nos explicará los aromas que se deben reconocer en un aceite de alta calidad.
El precio por persona incluye un cata de aceite y un maridaje con un menú especialmente diseñado por Xavier Lahuerta, compuesto por una degustación de 4 platos y un postre.
Además, se obsequiará a los clientes de Barcelona Sail con una botella de aceite de 500 ml. por persona.
